Grit Enterprises Inc was founded in September of 2021 with our first package delivery on October 30, 2021 with 6 routes going out that day. We now deliver over 1.2 million packages a year in Dubuqe , IA, Oklahoma City, OK and Enid, OK!
Our founders and siblings, Kira Sears-Elliott and Zac Sears, bring their backgrounds in logistics, oil and gas, sales and GRIT to make our contract with FedEx successful.

WE'RE HIRING
Delivery Drivers in Dubuque, IA, Oklahoma City, OK, & Enid, OK
-Must be 21, Must have clean driving record, pass background check and drug screen
FULL TIME POSITIONS: Drivers will pick up and deliver packages on a set schedule. This company provides opportunity for growth and great work ethic is rewarded.
Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check and DOT physical. Must have a clean Motor Vehicle record. Must be at least 21 years old.
1-year driving experience in previous employment preferred but NOT required.
-Able to lift and carry large heavy packages 50-150lbs (with the aid of the dolly)
-Able to drive in all weather conditions
